1st Ever Christmas Parade and Bayou Vista Community Ceremony
Bayou Vista Community Center with the parade line-up kicking off at 3 pm! Walkers, Bicycles, Skates, Skateboards, Wagons & Strollers will be FREE to participate. Side by Sides & Golf Carts will have a $10 entry fee. This fee will be donated to St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Toys for Tots. The parade rolls out at 3:30 PM and will wind its way back to the Community Center just in time for the Christmas Lighting Ceremony, which will be at 6PM. Santa Claus, Hot Chocolate, Cookies, Hot Dogs, and Bike giveaways will follow the lighting. Any questions? Contact Chief Price 985-397-6012 or 985-221-6070. City of Franklin Christmas Under the Lamppost Decorated Golf Cart Parade and Christmas on the Bayou Lighting Display Ceremony will be held with line up at 5 pm and parade will begin at 6 pm at corner of Iberia Street and Main Street and ending at the Courthouse Square with the lighting of the parish tree and over 1 million immediately after the parade.
