This is a fund-raiser for families in Morgan City. \nBring canned goods\, Hams\, or Turkeys for the families in need of food for Thanksgiving Day. \nIn the parking lot there is going to be anything over rice cook-off that includes 1st\, 2nd\, & 3rd place prizes. \nThere will also be live music\, a beer drinking contest\, & fun jumps for the kids. \nContact Kolin Leonard on Facebook or text at 985- 519-4799. \nA $50 fee per cooking team. Participate in this event for a great cause. \nAll money collected from the cook-off team will be put towards buying groceries for families in need in Morgan City.

DESCRIPTION:BVCC is hosting the 1st ever Christmas Parade.\nGet ready to strut your stuff with the parade line-up kicking off at 3PM! Walkers\, Bicycles\, Skates\, Skateboards\, Wagons & Strollers will be FREE to participate.\nSide by Sides & Golf Carts will have a $10 entry fee. This fee will be donated to St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Toys for Tots. \nThe parade rolls out at 3:30 PM and will wind its way back to the Community Center just in time for the grand Lighting Ceremony at 6PM. Santa Claus\, Hot Chocolate\, Cookies\, Hot Dogs\, and Bike give aways will following the Lighting Ceremony. \nAny questions?
