Register by October 11th to claim yours. Each entry includes one bale.\nExtra bales are $8 each – reserved by October 11th.\nYou can set up your scarecrow in the Grass lot next to the Lamp Station ice cream shop.\nJudging will be categorized by people’s choice\, most creative\, and best school.\nWinners will be announced at 4 pm.\nPrizes are presented by The Franklin Merchants\, INC.
