Cajun Coast VCB Launches New Website

St. Mary Parish, LA — The Cajun Coast Visitors and Convention Bureau launched a completely redesigned website just in time for the Summer travel season to assist visitors in planning their trips to South Louisiana.

In addition to a sleek new look, cajuncoast.com provides a comprehensive directory of information on where to eat, sleep and play for visitors as well as locals are hosting family and friends.

On top of beautiful views of Cajun country, visitors will find itineraries, promotions and the ability to order or download the current edition of the Cajun Coast Visitor Guide as well as several other brochures.

Additionally, the Cajun Coast Visitors & Convention Bureau team will continue its mission of acting as ambassadors for St. Mary Parish, this time through written word and storytelling as we’ve launched a blog that is hosted on the new website.

The blog content will be written by a mix of community members, CVB staff, business owners, fellow bloggers, travel writers and more in an effort to tell the Cajun Coast’s story while keeping readers up-to-date on happenings in the parish. Fresh entries are planned weekly.

“The new website gives us a fresh look while allowing us to increase content on the site – that will hopefully get visitors to spend more time on the site and translate to visitation,” said Carrie Stansbury, Executive Director of the Cajun Coast Visitors & Convention Bureau.

To assist in attracting visitors, St. Mary Parish restaurants, hotels, attractions and businesses are invited to add coupons and/or special promotions to our site by emailing jmccorkle@cajuncoast.com.
