Bayou Bend Brown Bag Club: Stay Strong, Stay Young, hosted by Bayou Bend Fitness Center.
Join us from 11:30am – 1pm for April’s Bayou Bend Brown Bag Club series
in the Conference Center inside the Wellness Center at Bayou Bend.
We are welcoming back movement and Pilates extraordinaire, Stacie Molaison,
to discuss how to keep your body strong and young through exercise, movement, and balance techniques.
After Stacie’s presentation, Jodie LeBlanc (Personal Trainer, Fitness Department Lead, and Group Exercise Instructor)
will introduce the newest component to Bayou Bend Fitness Center’s Wellness Passport: BALANCE.
Kristie Olivier (Fitness Specialist) will be available on site to make balance assessment appointments for members.
Guests can bring their own lunch, or a FREE lunch will be provided courtesy of Bayou Bend Fitness Center.
