Celebrated every April, National Minority Health Month to raise awareness surrounding health disparities
that continue to affect people from racial and ethnic minority groups.
This month, health centers across the state have planned events to encourage healthier lifestyles
and empower patients to make healthier choices for themselves and their loved ones.
There will be Nursing/BP, Pediatrics, Wic/Nutrition, Community resources, and more! Refreshments will be served!
