Get ready to show off your creativity at our Spring Hat Decorating Contest on March 28th in the Pocket Park on Historic Main Street in Franklin! Dig in those craft bins, we can’t wait to see what you come up with! Bring your most festive, floral, and fabulous spring hat and join the fun. Whether it’s elegant, whimsical, or completely over-the-top, we want to see it! Have a girls’ night and decorate together! Have Mother/Daughter decorated hats!
Come enjoy a beautiful spring day downtown and see all the amazing creations. We can’t wait to see what you come up with!
