8th Annual Patterson Main Street Fall Festival
Celebrate fall at the 8th Annual Patterson Main Street Festival on October 11th from 11am to 8pm at Morey Park. Enjoy live music from South 70 and Chee Weez, food and craft vendors, local school performances, and a live DJ!
CPF Fall Festival
Crossing Place Fellowship invites you to their Fall Festival on October 15th from 6pm to 8pm. Enjoy candy, games, pony rides, a pumpkin patch, hayrides, food trucks, and family-friendly costumes. It’s free and open to everyone!
Boo Fest
Get ready for a spooky good time at Boo Fest on October 17th from 6pm to 8pm at Bayou bend Fitness Center in Franklin! Bring the kids for face painting, cake walks, popcorn, games, and more Halloween fun. Entry is $5 per child for members and $8 for non-members.
Morgan City Trunk or Treat
Bring the whole family to downtown Morgan City on October 18th from 4pm to 6pm for trunk-or-treating, costumes, and festive fun! A costume contest starts at 3:45pm, and vehicle winners will be announced from 6pm to 6:30pm. Want to decorate a trunk? Email v.spinella@cityofmc.com.
Murder Mystery Dinner: Death of a Gangster
Step into a 1920s mafia wedding with this interactive murder mystery dinner on October 18th from 6pm to 9pm at Petroleum Club of Morgan City. Tickets are $65 and include dinner and entertainment. Dress up, play your part, and try to solve the crime!
Harvest Moon Festival
One of Franklin’s biggest fall celebration is on October 25th from 10am to 8pm! The Harvest Moon Festival offers pony rides, a sugar cane expo, vendors, music, a petting zoo, and family fun all day along Main Street.
Spirit of Morgan City Pageants
Join the Spirit of Morgan City Pageants on October 25th, with the Children’s Pageant at 11am and Queens Pageant at 6pm. Celebrate the season and compete to represent the Spirit of Morgan City Shrimp Boat at Louisiana’s most magical holiday festival.
Lighthouse Truck or Treat
On October 25th from 6pm to 8pm, head to the Lighthouse Food Court for a festive evening of Truck or Treating! Enjoy food, music, and decorated booths handing out candy in a fun and family-friendly environment!
The Mission Church Trunk or Treat
Celebrate fall fun at The Mission Church’s Trunk or Treat on October 26th from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. Kids can dress up and enjoy a safe, candy-filled evening. Trunk decorations should be fun—not scary or gory!
Boo on the Bayou
Join the City of Franklin on October 30th from 6pm to 8pm for the 7th Annual Boo on the Bayou. This family-friendly trunk-or-treat takes place along the Historic Bayou Teche and promises fun for all ages.
BVCC Fall Carnival
Head to Bayou Vista Community Center on October 31st from 5:30pm to 7pm for games, candy, and fun for the whole family before trick-or-treating begins!
Halloween Trivia Night
Join The Old Building & One80 Downtown for a fun-filled Halloween Trivia Night on October 31st from 8pm to 10pm. Teams of four can compete for prizes across 10 categories. Entry is $40 per team. Costumes encouraged—plus, there’s food, drinks, and a costume contest!
Threat Level Midnight Halloween Party
Rock out with Threat Level Midnight on October 31st from 9pm to 11pm at Pool Do’s Sports Bar! This high-energy band will have you dancing the night away to hits from every decade. Free to attend!
