Summer on the Cajun Coast comes alive with music, festivals, and community events throughout June. The 6th Annual Soul Food Festival returns to Franklin June 19th-21st with live performances, food vendors, races, and family-friendly activities. Celebrate culture and community during the 7th Annual Juneteenth Bike Ride on June 20th from 8am-12pm.

Live music fans can also enjoy performances throughout the month in Morgan City. Double Play will perform at Lake End Park on June 20th from 6pm-9pm, followed by Krossover on June 27th from 6pm-9pm. Pool Do’s Sports Bar will also host live music by Cliff Hillebran on June 27th from 9pm-1pm. 

Families can also enjoy the 2nd Annual Market & Family Fun Day on June 27th from 9am-1pm at Bayou Vista Community Center.
